I had an incident last night with my Fitbit Charge HR, it started vibrating non-stop. First I thought that its just an alarm. But when I tried to press the button, it didn't stop and the screen wont flash anything, its just vibrating. It stopped when the battery was drained. Is there anyone who experienced the same incident?

Hi there @JeddPhillip. Great to see you in the Community Forums! 🙂
That's something very strange to happen and I'm sorry about that. I've heart this happening a few times before so, this is what I suggest in most of those cases that has worked.
If after charging your tracker and turning it on, it's still vibrating non-stop, you can try to give your Charge HR a restart. For this, plug the charging cable to any USB port or UL-certified USB wall charger and plug the other end to your Charge HR. Press and hold the button for 10-12 seconds until you see the Fitbit icon and the version number and release the button.
After that see how it goes and please, let me know if this solves your problem.
Anything else, I'm here to help!

Mine seems to do this when the battery is very low, and only stops once it's plugged it. When it's fully charged it stops until the battery drains very low again. Though mine won't hold a charge longer then 30 min lately, so who know.
