Fitbit charge 2 has not been able to get notifications (messages) since the latest ios update. I sync not to a phone but with an ipad pro

I'm sorry to know that you're experiencing the same inconvenience. To move forward with your concern, can you please let me know if you took into consideration the steps that were shared on my previous post? If not, I highly recommend you to try them out and let me know if the issue persists.

I tried the step numerous times every day. What else can I do??? I recently reset the charge 2. Totally lost on next steps?!?

@josiepcosta Thanks for restarting your device prior to posting. Can you please confirm if the steps from this post were already tried? Keep in mind that such steps are if you're using an iOS mobile device and you experienced such notification difficulties after updating to iOS 13. Keep me posted please.
