My Fitbit charge 2 is not receiving texts- only calls. I restarted my device, turned off notifications and turned them back on, turned off Bluetooth and turned it back on. I’ve tried it all- even deleting and reinstalling my device. What do I do? Every setting is on and allowing for texts to come through but they just aren’t.

If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit are correctly configured and to try some troubleshooting steps.

To better assist you and further investigate, can you please let me know which phone are you using with your Charge 2? When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? In the meantime I receive your answers, please troubleshoot the app following the next steps:

Hi, thanks for getting back to me. I am using my iPhone 8 Plus. I haven’t had a text message issue in the past and recently picked up my Fitbit again for everyday use. Calls are coming through no problem and every setting that should be set for incoming notifications is set correctly. What else can I do? I do not want to purchase a new Fitbit and spend more money.
