Not receiving text notifications after iOS update

I am unable to get my iPhone 8 to keep the Bluetooth connection with my charge 2 which I suspect is preventing me from getting call and text notifications! Do u know how to get the connection to stay?

I appreciate the information that was shared in your post. Can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Charge 2 are correctly configured.

 

After verifying the above, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.

So we can move forward with this situation, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this? You're not receiving any notifications or just the text ones? Please take in consideration the steps that were shared on my previous post and keep me posted.

Hi Ricardo. I have tried all of your tips more than once and still am not receiving any text notifications on my Fitbit 2 since the iOS 13 update. On top of ensuring my app is up to date, I also have the most up to date operating system. I see several people are complaining and even received a notification on my app about knowing of the issue. Is there a fix in the works with the Fitbit app? Thanks.

im also having the same issue as well. Followed all previous directions. Software and app are up to date. Even tried removing fitbit from my account and doing a hard reset on charge 2, but still no luck. Any help or recommendations would be great.

I'd like to share with you that we are aware of this situation that's affecting text notifications to come though and working to resolve this issue as soon as possible. In the meantime we work on this, I recommend you both to keep your Fitbit app up to date, as well as the Fitbit device and mobile device versions. Also, make sure to use a compatible device with our products and services too, a compatibility concern can affect the connection and your device features.
