My Fitbit has stopped receiving text notifications. I do still get phone call notifications. I have done everything to get this to work. I have unpaired the Bluetooth, turned off notifications in the app, hard booted my phone, uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, reset my Fitbit. I’m at a loss. What else can I do?

Did your phone getting updates ?
I have a Samsung Galaxy A8 and after updating to Android version 9 i dont get even a notification anymore from who is calling or a text message.


The test message also not getting through.

 

I got this after updating my phone.

someone else familiar with this ?
