I can't receive text messages just the name of the people that are texting me. Hopefully they fix it. Why?

Why don't I get message scroll on Fitbit 2? Is there a fix?

I have the same issue with my Charge 2 on a Google Pixel 3. I receive text notifications on my Fitbit but now it only shows the sender name and NOT the content of the text message. This started about 2 weeks ago. Before that, it worked fine for well over a year.

 

I have restarted my Fitbit, turned Bluetooth off and on, restarted my phone and verified on the Fitbit app that notifications are set to the default Messages app and that both sender and body are selected.
