Hi, My fitbit app will not send a verification email. Also, I tried on the computer. I had to reset a new account last night. I have
deleted the app and reinstalled
soft closed on the fitbit
I don't know how to clear the cache on fitbit. I cleared Safari (it was the only youtube I could find)
I'm afraid if I buy a new fitbit, it still won't sync to my email since that seems to be the problem.
