Two days ago my fitbit Charge 2 stopped recording data, sleep, calories, steps. How can I fix this?

Hello @Garden123 welcome to the Community Forums! I'm happy to give you a hand with your Charge 2, thank you for bringing this to my attention. My apologies for the delay in responding your post.

Seems odd that your Charge 2 is not recording the data that was mentioned in your post, certainly this is not a common situation nor the way we designed our device to perform. To better assist you, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this and how many times since then? Also, is your tracker not recording information or it's recording it but not syncing it to your Fitbit account? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to try our restart process following the next steps:

  1. Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
  2. Clip the other end of the charging cable to the port on the back of the tracker. The pins on the charging cable must lock securely with the port.
  3. Make sure the button on your tracker is aligned with the button opening on the charging cable. You’ll know the connection is secure when the tracker vibrates and you see a battery icon on your tracker’s display.
  4. Press and hold the button to restart your tracker:
    • For Charge 2—press and hold the button on your tracker for 4 seconds. When you see the Fitbit logo and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.
  5. Unplug your tracker from the charging cable.

Let me know how it goes, I'll be waiting for your answers. Let me know if you have any additional questions and I'll be more than happy to assist you with them too.
