I’m having the same problem. It is in another thread but I haven’t gotten a useful answer yet. I got the generic response about how I must not be exercising for over 15 minutes (The walks were over an hour long and continuous). I must not have been swinging my arm (it logged steps accurately so that is proof that my arm was swinging). You can see by the other metrics like large “hump” in duration of elevated heart rate, increased chunk of steps and active minutes grouped together proving long continuous movement that I was doing an exercise. It’s not user error. The non logging of walks has happened from time to time but it is a more frequent problem recently. I’m mainly having it after completing a Fitbit coach session which I usually walk for an additional hour after doing those workouts.
