I’m so frustrated, I’ve tried all these things over and over and customer service can’t figure it out. The first one I got overheated when I turned it on so they sent me a new one and just got it yesterday and now it still won’t sync. I don’t get how a product so many people use can be so bad!

@Christine.C, Thanks for taking the time to try to connect the Fitbit that you received as a replacement. Let me ask you this, have you already unpair the previous Fitbit that was paired to your account? If not, please do it and if still have battery, please place the old one as far as you can while you are setting up the new one. Let me know if that works.

Hey @Christine.C, thanks for your answer. What about syncing your new Charge 2 with another compatible device, or maybe a computer? If it is not syncing at all, you can contact our Support team again and let them know about this, so they can further assist you with this and get you back on track.
