Have just purchased a replacement iPhone. Replaced with exactly the same model phone(6splus).
My Fitbit will not sync. I have tried the following:
Switched Bluetooth on and off
Reinstalled the Fitbit app
Reinstalled the Fitbit device
Rebooted the phone
Still nothing...!!!!
Think there is a problem with the app .i have seen loads of people complaint of the same problem. Mine is not syncing with my fitness pal since I updated my phone. I have tried all the steps they tell you too and still nothing works properly my food diary is not syncing to Fitbit and my steps are not syncing to my fitness pal..also all day sync keeps switching itself off
Xi have exactly the same problem with my steps and exercise not syncing on myfitnesspal app from my fitbit app
