Hi my phone reset on Tuesday, it was connecting fine until yesterday morning (Thurs 21st) but now refuses to. When I try to refresh/update it momentarily sees the fitbit and then says no device found.
It is a Samsung galaxy S5.

My phone does that occasionally. I usually turn my phone off and then on again. That usually sorts. Alternatively check both your phone and tracker have a decent charge again I find that helps.
