I completed a run which is accurately reflected on my iphone app, but then does not appear on the browser dashboard. It is just the one activity, all the others are reflected. Any ideas?

You say the run shows up in the phones app but not on https://www.fitbit.com/activities

Let me help you with your activities missing on your Fitbit.com Dashboard. If what @Rich_Laue says is correct then you can try clearing your browsers cache and cookies. Also try using Firefox or Chrome web browsers to log into your account.
