Not syncing

My charge 2 has stopped syncing since friday. Have restarted it and reinstalled app but no joy. Any advice please? X

My charge 2 has also stopped syncing since 21 November however, I'm still receiving notifications on my Fitbit so it must be connected to my phone some how!

 

Please fix this as currently it is fairly useless.
