My Hr2  disappeared from my Galaxy S9 phone's Bluetooth area how do I fix it help

@Harwoodcharity It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

 

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not showing on your phone's bluetooth settings. This should not affect your tracker syncing since this is handled by the Fitbit app. Arre you having any type of issues? If your tracker isn't syncing then please try these suggestions.
