The usual things I try when I get syncing issues are:

Unfortunatelly since about 1 yr there is an issue with the communication between Charge 3 and Iphone: either the sincronisation is lost, it will never stay on “Sinc all day long”, should be manually sincronised, and if you forget you will see strange weekly summaries, with very few steps. And it fails to syncronise if it is removed from the wrist.
Other annoying issue since app 6 months is the famous black screen; the tracker is still “alive” behind the black screen; when this happens I take off the tracker from my wrist and let it for few hours or a night and generally the next day it is ok. Generally.
in my opinion there is a severe software malfunction occured in the last year on this device, which makes it very annoyingly to use; if the company will continue with these issues also on Charge 4 and will not update software also for Charge 3, they will close this business line in 1-2 yrs...

Have tied all of recommendations again as this has happened several times since having the Fitbit 3. Have switched back to Fitbit 2.It still syncs with no problems. Any ideas? Computer indicates Bluetooth off on Fitbit.
