Not syncing

I haven't been able to sync my fitbit since yesterday, I've tried deleting & reinstalling app but still nothing, has anyone else had problems? Trying to work out if it's the app, my watch or my phone 😕

Ive been having the same problem for several days now. Have tried everything I can find on the troubleshooting pages to no avail! All day syncing button tries for 30 sec, then switches itself off. Any suggestions?

Do you sync through more than one device?

Hi, it's a Samsung Galaxy J5 & I don't sync through any other device.

I’m trying to sync with only 1 device, my iPhone SE. The Bluetooth says it is connected to the Charge 2, but when pulling down the Fitbit app screen to refresh, it says device not found. I’ve tried restarting the Fitbit and deleting and re-downloading the app.
