My charge 2 fitbit sometimes cannot read my complete sleep pattern, could it be due to my heart rate dropping too low?

Hello @fortien14 thanks for bringing this to my attention. I'm happy to help you today and give you a warm welcome to our Community Forums.
Seems odd that your Charge 2 is not recording your sleep information correctly, this can be affected by heart rate readings but let me gather more information first. That said, can you please let me know if your're not receiving Sleep Stages with your Charge 2 as the way we designed or if you're receiving auto-sleep data, which are the simplified sleep graphs. Also, can you please let me provide me with more details about the difficulties experienced with your heart rate readings?
Looking forward to your reply, let me know if you have any additional questions.

Thank you for responding , I went back in to see on my fitbit app and I read that the Tracker could not get a consistent heart rate reading while I slept. I have it on the correct setting as for the most part it is always consistent. I am going to talk to my doctor maybe the medicine I take brings it down to low, it often reads pretty low when I wake in the morning, as low as 46-49.
