Not tracking exercise for over a month.

Ok Fitbit…it’s been over a month since my Fitbit has tracked exercise which is one of the top 3 reasons I use a tracker. I have waited patiently, It’s a Softaware issue and I find it inexcusable that it has taken you, such a large corporation, and Google this long to fix it. Go back to the version when it was working, just a suggestion?? I’m buying another tracker this weekend and unfortunately you have lost me as a consumer. I will no longer recommend Fitbit to people in the exercise community. You’ve had ample time to fix an issue that a large population has been complaining about it. In essence your product is broken and you have allowed that for a month! No one else in a large corporation has ever done that!!! You must not need this population to continue to buy your products? Not really sure how you run a business. Very sad to see you slide all the way down to a trench. Please don’t suggest that I do any of the “ fixes”…we’ve all tried multiple times, if you read any of these comments on this format.
