fitbit from... carboot not working

wth my fitbit is buzzing, not connecting to my iphone and not displaying anything. i got it from the carboot and i am charging it for 2 hours to try fixing it.

Please keep in mind that carboot is not a Fitbit authorized retailer. 
Have you tried restarting the Fitbit ?  How do I restart my Fitbit device?
