Hello, since Jan 24th my sleep just stopped tracking. It's showing it last synced Jan 24th. Also it's not showing active minutes when I'm working out. One kore thing, I did 12k steps today and it's reflected as 4K in the challenges I'm in. Please help. There seems to be a lot of different issues happening here.

@Legs1307 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! First, restart your tracker. Then, to make it sync, follow these troubleshooting steps. Check if sleep was tracked, if it is not showing on certain days try to manually log it. Regarding the active minutes, take a look at how to earn them. Now, about the challenges, only data recorded by your tracker will count towards challenges. Manually logged activities and data tracked by third party apps will not count towards challenges. Did you manually log an activity? Feel free to check the Challenges FAQs for more details.

@Schmoomom Welcome to the Fitbit Community! The tracker itself! To restart a Charge HR, do the following:

  1. Plug your charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
  2. Insert the other end into the port on the back of your Fitbit Charge or Fitbit Charge HR. Your tracker will begin charging.
  3. Press and hold the button for 10 to 12 seconds until you see the Fitbit icon and a version number (e.g. "V30").
  4. Let go of the button.
  5. Unplug your tracker from the charging cable.

Your Charge HR should ork properly after doing that!

Hi there - this problem is occurring for me as well, and is not responding to any of the suggestions. I’ve turned it off and on again, and re-paired it twice, but it’s still not tracking my sleep or active minutes. Is there anything else that could work?
