All of a sudden my wife's Charge 2 is skipping nights for recording her sleep stats. I've restarted her Charge 2, but the problem persists. Any suggestions? Thanks.

My sleep patterns have not recorded for a week now. Charged the battery, restarted it. Changed the sleep sensitivity setting and still nothing. What’ else can I do?

To better assist you both with this situation, can you please clarify if your Charge 2 devices are not tracking Sleep Stages or sleep information at all? When was the first time this issue was experienced and how many times since then? Also, which mobile devices are you using to sync your Fitbit devices? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device?

It's been happening for about two weeks. Some days there is no sleep data at all; other days the start -finish time is displayed, but nothing on deep sleep, REM sleep,etc. She is syncing to an iPhone.

It was not recording my sleep pattern. It is now. Don't know what got it to do it.
First time recently was January 14th. It recorded sleep patter on the 15th and then from the 16th to 22nd I did not get a detailed sleep report or score. I have an iPhone 6S.

Hello!
My fitbit hasn't been recording my sleep for at least a week now. At best its saying i've slept maybe 1.5 hr block then another small block of time. I've restarted the device 3 times. It has most recent firmware. My app is up to date, my phone is up to date. I've turned phone on and off. I've turned blue tooth on and off. nothing is working.

Grimmreaper, exactly the same happens to my husband. He has reset his charge 2 lots of times. Until about a month ago he got detailed sleep stats most of the time and simplified sleep perhaps once a month, but now he gets simplified stats more or less every day.

On 1/17 my charge 2 reverted to recording simplified sleep stats rather than detailed sleep score with Rem & Deep sleep. It is recording heart rate & steps etc correctly. My iPhone 10R is updated. I double checked settings & did a restart 2 nights ago which did not fix problem. Please advise. Thanks.

Did you ever get this fixed? I am having same issue - 4 days of night sleep skipped for no reason. Any insight on this?
