Since the latest update (last week) i’ve had nothing but problems with my fitbit. Its not picking up distance of walks correctly when i’ve pressed the tracker (not even picking up half the distance). Screen keeps blacking out so I can’t see anything. Had fitbit for years & multiple trackers. If they don’t start sorting out these issues i will definitely be switching to Garmin for good.
My charge 4 was updated and we also have had nothing but problems with it. 'The battery now charged, depletes, recharges, runs down again- all in a days time. I updated on Sept 3, only to have 4 days of steps erased. Don't know what to do. Any ideas?
