Hi my fitnit stocked and only showing a bar and nothing else happening.

In order to assist you accordingly. please let me know what is the model of your Fitbit device.
In the meantime, restart it as described in this help article. After this, charge your Fitbit for 2-3 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.

I did some basic troubleshooting already, still showing me the same thing.
It's Fitbit HR.

Hi my fitbit HR is not working it only show a bar on the screen and it does nothing. I tried to restar so many time and charge it over night but still I'm getting the same thing. What to do?
