I have had my charge 4 for a year and it never ever sends me notifications. I also physically have to press tge side button to see the time which I never had to do with my charge 3

Hi, @Sarajay52 , could you let us know what phone you are using with your Fitbit?  Someone may be able to help you get your notifications going.

 

Neither notifications nor the turn your wrist to see the time will work if “Do not disturb” is turned on.  It seems crazy to ask after a full year, but could you have DND turned on?  (You can access the do not disturb setting by pressing and holding the button on the Charge 4 and swiping left to access “Quick settings”.  Tap to turn do not disturb on or off.)

 

Also make sure do not disturb is not turned on on your phone.
