Notifications Not Working - Delayed, Never Notifying

Hey there,

 

I've reviewed documentation and troubleshoot recommendations and still haven't found a fix for this. Here's my device info:

  • Pixel 5a, Android 11
  • Charge 4

What I've tried so far:

  • Removed Charge 4 from Bluetooth, and added it again
  • Removed any restrictions for app optimization or battery saving for app
  • Uninstalled Fitbit app and reinstalled it
  • Removed Charge 4 from Fitbit app and added it again
  • Reset notifications for the device
  • Made sure Do Not Disturb is not on
  • I'm sure there's more..

Some oddities to note:

  • Notifications come through, but they are inconsistent - I'll get an email/text, but not all, and it's delayed with no vibration or notification
  • Sending a test call notification from the Fitbit app does not send to Charge 4

 

Please let me know if you have any suggestions! I miss getting notifications on my Fitbit!

Forgot to mention that step goals, exercise goals, alarm, timers and other device notifications work, but not notifications from my phone.
