Notifications and all day sync not working

My notifications and all day sync aren’t working anymore. When I try, it says I need to to pair it with my phone. 

My syncing continues to work, just not the pairing. 

The trouble started after I set up a family account and installed my kids’ aces. 

I don’t want to lose my account or tamper with the aces since it was difficult to Set up in the first place!

Hey @Parents_rus, it is great to see new faces around! I appreciate you have tried some troubleshooting prior posting here. If you are no longer getting notifications on your Charge 2, I suggest you to try the troubleshooting in this help article: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone
