Notifications on Charge 3

How do I select the apps that I want to see notifications on my device. I have a work phone and at the moment I am getting every work and personal notification on my fitbit. Teams message, Duolingo, bank notifications, etc. All I want is messenger, WhatsApp, phone calls. You used to be able to select the apps you want to receive notifications from. What happened to it?
