My device shows me the same caller everytime. Who ever calls I get the same notification. What should I do?

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using with your Charge 2? When was the first time you experienced this? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Charge 2 are correctly configured. After verifying this, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.

I use Charge 2. I got this problem since the day that I take the device. I tried those things you said but none of them worked I still have the problem.

To move forward with this and investigate further, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using with your Charge 2? Does this affect phone call notifications only or you're experiencing difficulties with text and calendar as well? If possible, please send me a screenshot of the notification settings from the messages app of your phone so I can verify that everything is correctly setup.
