My Fitbit is acting crazy. Turning notifications on and off constantly and scrolling randomly. Help!

That sounds like the button on your Charge 2 is stuck in. When you press and hold the button it toggles notifications on / off.

 

Try gently cleaning it with, for example, an old toothbrush or a can or compressed air, in the hope of freeing it.
