Floors while driving

My Charge 2 is registering several extra floors when I’m driving in my car.

It's the same problem as you had back in 2017 with your motorcycle registering floors and steps due to bumps in the road causing your fitbit to think you are stepping. Note that floors on their own do not affect your calorie burn data. 

 

I'm not sure why you had problems before but registering driving should overwrite any steps and floors recorded in error.
