My Charge 2 Fitbit is showing that I have a text or call, but is not showing the message or the caller ID. Even if the number is in my contacts, it says unknown number. The message only says message received. How can I update this?

If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check the information that's specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.
