I have a charge 2 and have recently changed my phone to a Samsung A10 I don't seem to be able to sync any more, does anyone know if this phone is compatible or how I sync thanks

It may not be compatible. It's not showing on the list of supported devices at www.fitbit.com/devices This could mean that it's been tested by fitbit and shown to not fully work, or it could just mean that it has yet to be tested and may, or may not, work. However, when I searched the community posts for that phone there were lots from people reporting issues so it doesn't sound good.
Having said that, do you still have your old phone? If so, make sure it doesn't still have a connection to the fitbit in its bluetooth settings as this could be blocking connection to your new phone.
