Numbers notification....

I get random notifications of numbers on my wristband while I’m walking. It was 450 yesterday, and 600 today. They are flown in by a bird on a banner. They don’t seem to match a badge or my steps, and I’d like to know what they mean. TIA

Maybe Active Zone Minutes so far in week.

I was having this same issue.  My numbers are usually 408 and 612. Sometimes the graphic is a bird, sometimes it's a rotating star, sometimes a disco ball.  Couldn't figure it out, especially because there was no consistency to when they happened - might be Wednesday at 3:00, Sunday at 10 a.m., or some other day at 6:15.  No rhyme or reason.

So tonight I used the Fitibit live chat feature.  The CS agent didn't know off of the top of his head what this was, so we talked back and forth with me giving me him more details.  Then he said to check my active zone minutes (clicked on the Today tab, then the Active Zone icon) which is what JohnnyRow surmised. It shows my Daily Activities: steps, distance, calories, etc.  Then, under Weekly Activity, my Active Zone minutes are 204.  I've never noticed getting a notification when I hit 204, BUT!!! 204 x 2 is 408! 204 x 3 is 612!!!  So it's telling you your weekly accrued Active Zone minutes.  And since it's based on the intensity of your activity, there is no pattern to when you hit those milestones.  I might hit my 2x on Wednesday this week, but not until Saturday the next week.

This wasn't a big problem, but I'm really glad to have the mystery solved.

Yes, multiples of weekly goal looks right.

I think it is set on phone app from 'Today' screen:

Profile pic > Notifications > Push Notifications: Exercise goal milestones : "You make progress towards, hit or exceed your weekly exercise goal."

I've got that turned off and have never seen these.

Somewhat similar, set on same page is "Step Goal Milestones"; "You hit 75%, 100% or 125% of your daily goal."
