Only have 1 green light working

My Fitbit only has one green light working. I tried cleaning it and restarting it, but it still isn’t working and isn’t picking up my heart rate. I’ve only had my Charge 2 for a year and a half.

@B_silverthorn Is it still showing the heart rate? You could ask Customer Services to see if you are eligible for a replacement Charge 2 / discount off another Fitbit.

Hey @B_silverthorn, let me give you a warm welcome to the Community! If only one light is working on the back of your Charge 2, I suggest you to try to change the heart rate monitor to ON/OFF/AUTO and sync every time you change that. I want to thank you for the tips you tried so far. If the issue persists, you can reach our Support team, as @kk15405 mentioned.

I tried and it didn’t work.. I’m not sure what’s wrong because it used to work perfect
