I recently received a Charge 2, from my parents. This was used before hand also. When my parent had the watch and no longer wanted it, she deleted the account. When I received it, it was still working in a way(counting steps, BPM, Flights of stairs, etc.). Of course, when I went to sync it to my own account it did not work. Later that day I had my other parent use their phone(I have a flip phone), to sync it. Which did work, but we did not want that. I downloaded the Fit Bit app on my Windows 10 Home laptop, Chromebook, and amazon fire tablet. All three of these devices (while only one is compatible), did not work. I tried everything that I could find with no success. Everything I have found in the help section for Fit Bit does not work. Please help me understand what I am doing wrong.

@Elizamdolittle A warm welcome to our Community! Sorry to hear that your Charge 2 isn't syncing and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. It seems that some of your devices don't show as compatible but that doesn’t mean they won’t work it just means that they hasn’t been tested by our team. You can try going to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. After this try syncing them. Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
Let me know how it goes!
