App not remembering steps per hour

I have my charge 2 to remind me of getting 250 steps per hour.  Very motivating on some hours!  I will sometimes sync during the course of the day to make sure I am on track.

Today I checked on the app to see if I got them all yesterday.  I knew I was close as I had checked just a few hours before the end of the day. Today it has me getting none of them.  Then I saw it hasn't been remembering any of them for weeks.  (it shows me as having them for the current day only)

When I look online I have credit for all of the hours I have got.

So since on the current day it shows right on the app and online it shows right all the time I think this might be an app problem.  Any ideas of how to fix it?

Hey @PattyRain, I hope you are doin' fine!

So you checked your previous days 250 steps but they were just not there and once you log in to your online Dashboard, the steps per hour appear again on the app too, right? Let me suggest you something, try to log out/log in to your Fitbit account, then restart your Charge 2 and sync it. It might help you out so this won't happens again.

Let me know how it goes!

No, the steps only appear for the current date on the app.  If I go on the computer they will appear for all dates only on the computer, not the app.

I'll try what you said and see if it works though.
