Only wearing Fitbit while sleeping

I just want to track my sleep. I’d only wear it in the evening and while sleeping, then take it off in the morning. Would the sleep tracking still be fairly accurate or do I have to wear it all the time for the sleep metrics to be accurate? I’d be using the Charge 4.

Hello @richard37

I would think using it just to track your sleep is perfectly fine. Your Fitbit records the information it’s seeking while your sleeping and translates it for you in the morning. For more information about tracking your sleep look here: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1314.htm. If you have Fitbit premium this will help you under your sleep score if you have any questions: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2439.htm

😉 I hope that answers your question
