“Open Fitbit to keep your data synchronized” message on phone

I think this must be a recent update to Fitbit.  I typically do not leave my Fitbit app “syncing” on an on going basis as it drains the battery.  I shut it down after I have done a sync.  Now I get notified “Open Fitbit to keep your data synchronized”. Can I stop that notification from popping up on my iPhone.

@Dandygirl Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well!

I will assist you with this message. As you mentioned this is a recent change to notify users that the app won't be providing notifications or syncing if it isn't running in the background. You can check your iPhone's notification settings to see if you can disable notifications from the Fitbit app but that depends on your iOS.

Let me know how it goesl

Thanks. That will work but I want to disable that particular notification not the one that tells me my battery is low too.

Cheers,
