My Charge 2 died and I am considering the Charge 3 as a replacement. However, I do not like nor can I comfortably wear the synthetic polymer wristbands. I switched out the one on my Charge2 for a metal mesh one and wondered if I can do the same should I purchase the Charge 3.

Hi @vriff - I don’t find the polymer bands comfortable, either. The good news is that the answer to your question is yes! Bands from the Charge 4 will fit the Charge 3 and the Fitbit Store carries bands of different materials, including the metal mesh. Amazon also carries a nice assortment of non-polymer bands. Have you considered the Charge 4? If you’re going to consider a new tracker and if you like the charge series, why not go for the latest one? Just a thought.
Another thought ... I noticed that the Charge 3 is no longer available in the Fitbit store. If you do decide to purchase a Charge 3, please make sure it is from a licensed retailer in order to qualify for the FItbit warranty.
