Hello
I have a mandate from my company to use outlook as my calendar app
I tried to get notifications into my charge 2 from outlook but I could not find any way to do it
Any ideas? is this possible? check other threads but they are for other devices, while I think this is something that will depend on the fitbit app, not the device

Hello @manolain, welcome to the Community Forums! Sorry for the delay in responding.
I appreciate the information and details that were shared in your post, also, thanks for troubleshooting this prior to posting. To better asisst you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device you're currently using to setup the notifications on your Charge 2?
Just as you stated, this feature needs to be configured in the Fitbit app. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Charge 2 are correctly configured. You'll need to setup the Outlook notifications as text notifications, the Outlook app should appear at the moment you are selecting from which apps you would like to receive notifications on your Fitbit.
Let me know if you have any additional questions.

@RicardoFitbit thanks a lot for your reply
I am using an iphone 8
I activated all outlook notifications (and I receive them as expected in the actual phone), but the problem is in the fitbit app: I cant really select the application where notifications will come from.
When I go to Charge 2 --> Notifications, this is all options I have
Calls (yes or no)
Texts (yes or no)
Visualization: sender and message
Calendar events: yes or no
Since I use outlook calendar and not native iOS calendar, I dont get anything pushed in fitbit charge 2
BTW, in the link you provided, if you check what its available for each device, you get
Charge 3: Calls, texts, calendar events within the hour, emails, and other push
notifications from apps you choose
Charge 2: Calls, texts, and calendar events
The way it is written, it looks like with Charge 2 you dont get to choose which app pushes notifications to fibit device
PS: yes, I have latest version of iOS and fitbit app
Looking forward to hearing back from you
