Oxygen reading

So far enjoying my fitbit3 but another issue has popped up. Been wearing it a week now and have never gotten an oxygen reading! 
Read a few posts about this with no real fixes. Can anyone give a simple fix for this.
When I had the sleep score issue a straightforward answer( disable all sleep settings) worked!

I've had this issue, too. 

 

Few things to look into: your band may be too loose at night while you are sleeping, the sensor (I believe it is the red one) could use a cleaning, and/or you are tossing and turning too much for the sensor to get an accurate reading.

 

I hope you start getting readings soon! It sounds like people are buying the Charge 3 for this capability and it would be nice if it realiably worked. 🙂

Thank you. I am a very restless sleeper and I definitely toss a lot. I’ll tighten the band and see if I get a reading tomorrow.
