Hi all, I've got the charge 3 Limited Edition Purple, bought as an Xmas gift a while ago, but the last few weeks the screen has been getting darker and last few days only half the screen was visible until now, its completely blank.
The device is syncing, charging, vibrating etc as normal but simply no screen at all now. As it was purchased as gift for me, I'm not sure about warranty etc. I've searched the forum and followed the instructions to do a full reset, but does not solve the issue
I personally think its the OLED material as its organic matter, its not uncommon to have a limited life span. So my question is: where can i get it repaired / replaced in the UK?
