I just got a Charge 3. Had a Charge 2. I walk everyday. I would press a + sign on my phone when starting my walk. At each mile my phone would announce my pace. For example 1 mile in 14.8 minutes. At two miles it would announce average pace etc. now with the Charge 3 I can’t do that. I want to use my phone like I could with my Charge 2. I have researched and called but now answers. I want to start and hear pace with my phone.

@TBorch if your pressing the plus on the phone app, you're using the Fitbit app, not the Charge 2 or Charge 3 to record your run.
What is it that says you can't do it witch the charge 3

Yes I want to use the Fitbit app. But since getting my Charge three I no longer can start my walk by using the app on my phone.

For some reason my app no longer has that option. It disappeared when I set up the Charge 3.

From the exercise screen in the app, press the stopwatch in top right corner. Then tap tracking. Set ex resize and tap start.
