Charge 3 won't swipe

I'm having trouble with my Fitbit Charge 3. I cant swipe off to a different page and cant reset my Fitbit.

Thanks for troubleshooting this swiping issue. I recommend taking a look at the help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device? and make sure you are following those steps in order to restart your device.
