For the last several days my Charge 3 will not sync with my Galaxy S10 (Android 10) UNLESS my Charge 3 is on it's charger. I have chatted with support and called support twice. The only response they give me is "be patient. We know there is a problem and we are working on it." Really? A week and no solution? Understand, I wear a Charge 3 not just for the fitness aspect... it's my watch, I use the notifications for alarms, text messages, etc. This is beyond "inconvenient".
Yes, I've completed all of the troubleshooting (reboot the Charge 3, hard reset, delete the app and reinstall, delete the Charge 3 from my app and re-install). No effect. As soon as I take it off my charger it starts losing time.
Anyone else having these issues? Or getting this run around from Fitbit? By the way... this is my second device in less than a year!!

I have a Galaxy S10+. I can sync, get call notifications and email notifications but cannot get SMS (text) notifications. I too went through all the steps. Had it working for about a half day and out it went again. I'm sooooo frustrated!

Hi, I have a Gslaxy S10+ too. I can sync, get call notifications, SMS (text) message notifications, but no email notifications. Regretfully, the TXT notification is just that...only a notification and not the actual message. Were you ever able to actually read your emails or did you just get a notification?
