I am constantly getting the notification error on a daily basis,nearly every time I check my phone. Am I doing something on. I have the call bit on so its not that that's the problem. can anyone help please. my phone is a Huawei y6 2019

Hello @pipersmum and a warm welcome. I don't understand what you mean by a notification error, but I can tell you that your phone is not on the list of compatible devices . That might explain it.
Are you getting the error or your Charge 3 or on your phone? Can you describe the error or add a screenshot? This might help with an answer.
