I accidentally unpaired my Charge 3 from my phone and now can't get it back.  For a while it wasn't even appearing in the Bluetooth scan.  I reinstalled the Fitbit app and now it shows up, but it won't pair.  The weird thing is that the app seems to be able to communicate with it.

It's as if the device is paired but Bluetooth doesn't know it so the phone doesn't see it and won't interact with it.

Any suggestions?

Im having the same issue, except my phone still can't find it on Bluetooth.

I figured out what to do.  I had to set up the device in the Fitbit app, not via the Bluetooth settings app.  What confused me was that the app was still talking to the Fitbit yesterday.  Once I went through the setup procedure, everything returned to normal.
