I've had my Charge 4 for just over a year and the plastic piece that connects the fitbit device to the band broke off into multiple pieces today just from taking a sweater sleeve off my wrist. Are replacement parts available? The plastic knobs securing the connector broke off so I don't know if it's fixable, but it's certainly upsetting to have a broken device after only a year when I've taken very good care of it.

I watched a 3-minute youtube video on how to replace the connectors, but I don’t know where I can buy them.

Hi @Monihala, Amazon has third party bands that the Fitbit pebble fits into that enable you to still wear your device. Some of the brand names are Fonrest, Subcase, Goeseth, they are one piece bands. Parts are not available for Fitbits, unless you buy someone’s old Fitbit on EBay and take it apart. Hope this helps.

Thank you very much, Crazygamer53! I didn’t know about the full bands.

Leanne, don’t throw out the old fitbits. I saw a video on youtube where someone easily unscrewed the connectors and replaced them. I was told that you cannot buy replacement connectors on line.

Same happened to mine and I found a bracelet holder on Amazon by Chofit with a little ouch to insert the tracker. I'm back being able to wear it but it is definitely a design flaw and Fitbit isn't willing to make good or act on it. Will not be buying any more Fitbit products when this tracker finally stops working. Being offered a discount coupon to purchase a new one isn't a good enough response from customer service.
