Hi,
Today my Fitbit has gone wild. It changed my past stats by crazy ones: 10589 calories burned, 1440 mins of exercises and 0 steps. Apparently the change ocurrs when I check a past day in the app. I noticed this after it wrongly recorded only 2k of a 10k race and more than 5000 calories burned.
Updated: A reset didn't help.

I contacted Fitbit support and they noticed a running activity on January 12th with 527:53:11 hours which is a total of 21 days. That affected the statistics from January 13th to February 3rd. Following their instruction I deleted that activity and everything is ok now.
I think the activity was recorded by Strava yesterday (Feb. 3), with wrong date/calories, etc. I don't know what led to that issue.

@anikalovecraft Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well! Sorry to hear that your data is showing incorrectly in the app. Which phone are you using to view this data? Also which OS version is it running? Try logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. Also make sure you don't have any logged activities. Could you share a screenshot of your activities area on the phone?
I look forward to your reply!

@anikalovecraft thank you for your update. Happy to hear that Support was able to review your data and point out this activity. Also thank you for letting us know it was a logged activity as this may help other members in the same situation.
I'll be around!
